  • Renters can submit applications directly through our website.

  • An application fee of $50 is required for each application submitted.

  • Applications will only be reviewed once payment has been successfully completed.

3. Application Fee (Non-Refundable)

  • All application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.

  • Payment of the application fee does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or placement into a property.

  • ReadyRent is not responsible for decisions made by property owners regarding applicants.

4. Credit Checks

  • Most listings do not require credit checks.

  • If a landlord requires a credit check, they will reach out to the applicant directly.

  • Applicants will not be charged any additional fees by ReadyRent for this process.

5. Responsibilities of Property Owners

  • Property owners must provide accurate, up-to-date information about their listings.

  • ReadyRent is not liable for any misrepresentation or disputes between property owners and applicants.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ReadyRent acts solely as a platform to connect property owners and applicants.

  • We are not responsible for the actions, agreements, or outcomes between property owners and applicants.

  • We do not guarantee that a property will be rented or that an applicant will be accepted.
